I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences and Lori’s capacity as a supervisor. Lori has an extraordinary wealth of knowledge and truly is a powerhouse in the field of social work. She not only provides extensive education and guidance, but also prioritizes ethical, client-centered best practices that make a difference in clinical work. 

Lori is a very knowledgeable and supportive to those she supervises.   She holds considerable strength in differential diagnoses and requirements of state statute, which was an asset to me and so many others she supervised at our agency. 

Lori has a diverse repertoire of supervisory and leadership skills. From the start of my time with Lori as my clinical supervisor, Lori was charismatic and knowledgeable about how to develop my professional competence, confidence, and self-awareness. 

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working on several projects with Lori Kendall.  If I had to describe Lori in three words, they would be thoughtful, collaborative, and tenacious.  She shines at the start of any project—bringing people together, asking the right questions, and offering insightful suggestions that set a clear direction.  

I have had the privilege of working with and learning from Lori, whose leadership and policy-writing skills brought consistency to elevate our team's performance.  Lori, was able to create manuals and policies that were well-structured and practical, which strengthened our work flows and improved overall organizational skills. 

Lori’s wellness series was transformative for our team! She brought energy, expertise, and heartfelt stories that inspired us to care for ourselves, our families, and each other. Every session—from mental health basics to trauma awareness and self-care for helpers—left us motivated, supported, and ready to thrive both personally and professionally. Lori doesn’t just teach—she empowers, uplifts, and makes every moment count!

Lorriane’s knowledge, expertise, and engaging approach have educated and empowered many individuals over the years I have worked with her. She brings both professionalism and genuine care to every session she leads, creating an environment where participants feel supported and inspired. 

I would not be the social worker I am today without Lori's guidance. Lori is deeply knowledgeable about Minnesota statutes, TBRI, differential diagnosis, and therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and MI, among many others. She takes pride in contributing to the next generation of social workers and is always willing to share her expertise to support clinical trainees in their development.
